an old resident of this county died on Thursday evening; he was fine on Wednesday; in the afternoon he did not feel well and laid down to rest; at 9 o'clock when they tried to waken him they found him dead; born 1-9-1935 at Hummersen, Kreis Schwellenberg; came to America as a child;1850 bought farm on Shoto Road; 1897 sold farm & moved to Manitowoc; leaves wife and 3 children Mrs Henry Eberhardt, Charles & Fritz Kiel and 2 brothers, Moritz and Henry Kiel, all of Manitowoc County; burial on Sunday #164
