Age 76 years, died Wednesday morning in house of son-in-law H W Ducker in Louis Corner of old age and dropsey. Born in Darmstadt, Germany, 06/13/1823 (01/13/1823?). Came to America with his family in 1847, settling in Pittsburgh, PA for 2 years. Wife preceded him in death 3 years. 10 children- 6 living- 3 sons- 3 daughters. #167

Survived by Sons Frank, Balthosar, & George; Caus. Mrs Christoph Arnold, Mrs H W Ducker, & the former? Mrs Albert Luloff. Gave farm to son, Frank, about 15 years ago. Burial Rockville Cemetery by Pastor Roeck. 08/08/1899, #167
